    Hello,

Can you tell me if the Vulnerable User Scheme is increasing in price with your current round of increases?

If so what is the new charge per month and what call allowance does it include?

I have a landline connected to my alarm (non-text) but make next to zero calls per month.

    Regards,
    O

    Hi Orobhsa

The vulnerable user scheme previously renamed the household benefits package and later the department of social protection telephone allowance is no longer in place due to the governments decision to remove the discount. More details can be found here: http://www.eircom.net/DSP/

To see if you will be affected please contact eircoms accounts team either via webchat at www.eircom.ie/chatnow or call on free phone 1901.

    Thanks
    AL
