Hi all, my meter sends the peak off signal randomly, so often my storage heating switch on during the day time or doesn't switch on at all. Hi all,

my meter sends the peak off signal randomly, so often my storage heating switch on during the day time or doesn't switch on at all.
My question is: when my meter doesn't send the off peak signal in the right time, is it billing with the wrong rate? In other words, am I paying the day rate over the night and viceversa?
