Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Downloaded paid game for the first time

As title said I downloaded a paid game for the kids for the first time. Big excitement. It was paid using an iTunes voucher and downloaded ok. I then passed it over to the kids and within five mins they were back to me. When you click on the game it now says file name/login "not found" What gas gone wrong? We're they asked…

What gas gone wrong? We're they asked for password again? And incorrectly entered something? I had thought it was finished downloading before I passed it over. How do I rectify this?

What was the game? You could try deleting it and download it again. Don't worry you won't be charged again.
