Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Where do I start, a club that my child played with up until recently , in which I had being deeply involved for years Is bursting at the seems with members but only up until under12 , kids & parents start to disappear for various reasons.
The reasons are varied to say the least Win @ all cost, mentors telling kids that they will never play adult football with the club and the committee not placing any sanctions on these concerned. At a presentation last year after a reserve underage final mentors brought the kids to the opposite end of the field away from presentation so unsporting , it was brought up at county board level and again no sanctions were imposed on the concerned mentors, kids not playing at their correct age group , playing with older group, the kids born in year 2000, , 14 of these kids have walked away, I could go on. The committee tried to put a policy document in place 3 year ago but failed, failed to put a club constitution in place , a club bursary for kids going to college & all have failed but in the pr department they excel. Due to the last three issues I walked away as I felt a click was appearing that wanted to run the club .When involved I was not listened to , it appears now that the dams are bursting , any ideas does one go back into the fray now or wait till the inevitable would happen.

That's what A.G.Ms are for, if as you say a lot of people are pissed off with the club then stick it out and vote out the committee and replace them with like minded people and get your club back on track
