Unrealistic prices.
Scamadvisor notice is 'A New Site Involving A High Risk Country, Site is United States based ,but may also be from China'
Whois is out of brass plate provider address with poor info.
No proper contact details just a form.
No proper shipping and returns info.

Both.

If you order from this site, one of two things will happen:

1. You order; the goods will arrive but they will be of poor quality. You will be unable to return the goods and will be out of pocket.

2. You order; the goods never arrive. The website refuses to entertain your request for a refund (or they simply disappear) and you will be out of pocket.

Because if Hollister pay thousands in legal fees to shut it down. Within a few days there will be another one. There will always be websites scamming people. The best thing to consider if its too good to be true, it cant be true

It's just opened and it takes time for the powers that be to catch up. Then the operation will switch to another fake site. Even the website's code is written with easy switching to a new site in mind.

Sri to hijack this thread. I.m looking for some Superdry stuff for my teenager. Reading the above has worried me a bit, I dont want to order stuff from a bogus site. Is www.superdry.com the official Superdry site. When you go into this site, there is some chinesey type of writing on the top left hand corner. Thanks in advance.

Yes that's the real site. The Japanese writing is part of the SuperDry logo...

As said above that's the official superdry website the Japanese characters are part of the logo.
