Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

30 years old and can't swim...

    Hi folks,

I'm 30, never learned and tried but can't swim. I know people say it's never too late to learn but I'm a nervous person in the pool...

However in saying that my kids are fab swimmers and love it and when I bring them on holidays I don't even go down the water slides, just the bobbing up and down in the pool. I've decided this year I'll surprise them and secretly learn to swim but I'm wondering if anyone who just simply couldn't swim can give me their impressions on how they learned, the process etc...

Also if there are any recommendations around Dublin for Adult learning I'd appreciate it. Especially if recommended by someone, I can find loads when I google but I'd really like to hear someone's story that was in my shoes and where they learned...
