Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I haven't seen an Anfield pitch that bad since the 1990's. I feel like I'm watching this match on video cassette.

The gerrard critisim is way over the top. He has done ok. Couple of very important interceptions.

In fairness he has but we need more from someone in his position.....its clear he is struggling with mobility

It's a badly needed new surface they are laying in the summer.

Coutinho has looked poor so far today.

Gerrard is an absolute passenger offering nothing at all. Rodgers has to have the courage to change it.

This is what sickens me gerrard although not brilliant has been 100 times better than henderson but people constantly criticise him regardless how he plays
    Please take off the blinkers

Ibe has been excellent. Sturridge still a small bit rusty but still dangerous. Lucas being missed though as Spurs are finding some spaces behind Kane.

And the player dribbling the ball dribbled towards Gerrard :pac:

How long is Lucas out for?

One more than anyone else. Not saying he has been brilliant but he ain't that bad. The pressing game Liverpool are playing is leaving him very open if it's bypassed.

That brutal pitch got us a goal lads, the real 12th man. Hasn't been seen since it scored against Tim Flowers. Assist, Collymore.

Allen would be better than Gerrard - facht

Some half of football, Gerrard and Phil fairly brutal. Ibe looking great. Raging Sterling isn't playing.

Sterling would be making sh*te of that high line at the back for Spurs. Massive loss.

Do people really think Sakho has been poor or are they just posting as programmed? He's slipped twice which was awkward since it cost us a goal but he was in the right position imo. Also some of his passes have been excellent, having a cb actively driving the ball forward is great. Him and Can let Skittles focus on defending.

Spurs are ghosting through the middle. They have runners from midfield getting serious space. Not all Garrards fault of course. He just isn't a patch on Lucas as a DM.

Watch our defense return to panic mode for the next 6 weeks

The "experts" on bt have completely ignored Gerrard passing lamela twice in the build up to the equaliser

Sakho's mistakes seem to always lead to goalscoring chances, they're never the ones that are easily forgotten when there's plenty of cover :pac:

Henderson has been woeful, as has Gerrard.

This is our big problem, too much space for Spurs and we might get punished in the second half if we dont fix it.

As little as i think of Allen, he can "do a job" as opposed to Gerrard doing a bad job.

I wouldn't pay much heed to the vast majority of pundits. They talk through their árse. The mute button goes on for me most of the time tbh

Gerrard is a pure liability off the ball, Sahko and Skrtel on yellows is worrying.
