Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

the 'due to copyright restrictions' message is RTE not granting the rights to play it on UPCs player. RTE took UPC to court to stop them putting their content on the UPC player. They finally agreed to allow it but it seems RTE just blocks everything.

What programme are you trying to watch? There are some restrictions on Fair City due to Equity objections, it can't be aired on RTE One+1 for example.

noticed Eco Eye on RTE was blocked. Anyway where are the 70 plus channels that I am supposed to be able to access. I only have RTE RTE 2,TV3, BBC One,BBC News and CNN

OK. I had set settings on my phone to mobile streaming, thus blocking most channels. \I still cannot understand why this effected my laptop settings. I thought devices could work independently of each other.

That dispute was settled quite some time ago (May/June 2012). FC is certainly being aired on RTE One+1 now.
