Another thing we need in Kilkenny: A foot bridge at the aspect hotel

Isn't it a bit ridiculous that anybody who wants to get onto the footpath from the aspect hotel or that industrial estate has to walk all the way around by laharts and back up past springhill?

I often see people hop the fence and try to cross the road which is very busy and imagine if you were elderly or disabled! You cant even walk towards the watershed on a footpath from that side without being forced to cross.

    Bit ridiculous isn't it?

Couldn't they just put a gap in the fence? The shortest way currently would be to walk down to the entrance to the retail park, not walk around by Laharts.

Roads far too busy for that imo, especially at 100km/h. Crossing it very dangerous and I see it on a regular basis.

A gap in the fence and a dedicated crossing at the roundabout would do the job.
