    Don't know if this belongs here. I replied to a number on WhatsApp but there's only one tick.. i can see that the person has been online but it still hasn't been delivered or seen.. what could cause this? Would the other number have me blocked?

    They haven't received the message. There's a possibility that they have blocked you.
