    Would somebody have the details of the Groves Mgmt Comp., and also was wondering if the fee has gone up ?

    Petra are now the managing agents and from what I have heard, yes the fees have gone up.

    Managing agent is now Petra, http://www.petra.ie - ask for Lindsey, she's v helpful.

    Apparently the directors have a direct email address and website now - directors@charleslandgroveandpark.ie - but not sure how often they monitor it.

    I missed the AGM, but apparently a 10% increase was voted in by the attendees on the night to pay for some unforeseen drainage work.
