Anyone know any of the Dublin Bikes apps developers?

As per title, I'm curious if anyone knows anyone who has made one of these apps? Been using a couple of them a lot recently, and by god, I'd love for them to have Cortana integration, so I can find out where there's a nearby free stand without falling off the bike looking at my phone :)
