    Tried that Sleazy, no joy.

    Also moved the box to the router and connected it direct. Nope.
    Disconnected everything else but the Xbox. Nothing.
    Tested each port on the router to make sure they were working. They were.
    Restored router to factory settings. Zip.
    Reentered the Port Forwarding details. No joy.
    Rang Eircom, and they said there was no faults on their end. He suggested maybe a USB Wireless Dongle as maybe the ethernet port on the Xbox might be faulty. Tis about the only possibility that's left, but then again, it wouldn't be finding the network if it was.

    I'm well and truly stumped.

    Just tried to FTP into the Xbox there using it's static IP address and no joy.

    So maybe it's not accessing the network as such.

    Finally figured it out!

    Dashlaunch had 2 stupid settings turned on by default, which were blocking Internet access. Disabled them, and straight onto the net!
