    Hi Everyone,

    Im wondering if anyone has any advice for me. I am looking to sell / advertise the sale of my family's newly furbished holiday home / cottage to wider Europe and the USA as I know there is a big interest in some areas outside Ireland.
    We have had it on the books of a local Estate agent for a while now but nothing has come of it. We rent it out as a holiday home currently and we have a great website to go along with it. The location is second to none and the destination is as good as it gets.

    Basically im looking to see if anyone has had any experience in this area before and would anyone know where I start off?

    Thanks a mill, and I hope I have done everything according to the book as this is my first post.
