Feeling slightly panicked now, does anyone know of any property's for rent or coming up for rent soon around edenderry or tullamore area?
Or anywhere along the N6 route.

Lease is up at the end of the month and have nowhere to go!

Any help would be highly appreciated!

A lot of what is available on daft is either not suitable or is already gone or too expensive!

Rooms/Budget/Specific requirements would probably help people narrow it down?

You have automatic right of residency generally, apart from a few limiting 'outs' given to landlords. Look up Part IV tenancy on the Accommodation forum. Your landlord can increase your rent (again, according to rules set down by PRTB) but cannot make you leave or sign a new lease. You have a part iv tenancy (more than likely) since the start of your month 7. So don't stress, get knowledgeable and then at least you have options.

Mods, I think the question is most definitely focussed on local interest, but I just want to post these links here in order to calm the OP. Know the feeling.

Oh sorry didn't even realise! It's only for two people €600 a month or thereabouts as I only work minimum wage and himself is part time working and in athlone college.
I am currently on the third stage panel for the civil service however which is why I need to move closer.

Thank you a lot of reading there! It's not a landlord issue that's causing me to leave, my current residency is in Donegal where my job there was gotten rid of so I was made redundant. I've been placed onto the civil service panel for kildare/dublin area. I am currently waiting on word for a minimum wage job in the curragh to tide me by until I head back from the civil service.

I would love to stay In Donegal but a job is much more desirable.

Kilbeggan any good to you, beside the m6 so easy for Athlone, and heading Kildare/Dublin direction? Only 10 min drive to Tullamore.

Thank you very much! Kilbeggan is definitely alright, I'll give them a ring tomorrow about that house.

Thats a fair spin you have every day to the curragh for a minimum wage job.

Unfortionately I didn't get that job. Still hopeful for the civil service, I'm now working on a horse riding yard near enfeild and If all else fails go back to college in athlone.
The house im viewing has stables and land which means I can save by keeping my horse with me.
