    I applied for a credit card a couple of weeks back and got a pin number in the post the week before last, but I've yet to receive the actual card.

    What kind of waiting time is the norm?

    Sorry to hear this, your Credit Card certainly should have reached you by now as the time frame is 3-5 working days. 

    If you have your account set up via Bank of Ireland 365 Online, we'd recommend logging in and sending your query, a representative will investigate and arrange card for you. 

    To send your request, once you've logged in, please select the 'Online Service Desk' facility and then select 'Ask A Question' option form the drop down menu. Submit the query here.

    Alternatively, you can call Card Services on 0818 251 251 / 00353 56775 7303, A colleague can check this and arrange card asap.
