    I'm doing a Msc in Organisational Psychology and need help to think of a thesis idea please.

    I am working as a manager in retail and have become interested in the topic of work life balance and the impact on personal relationships or job satisfaction or employer loyalty. But I need an interesting angle to go from.

    Also I would much prefer to use a qualitative method such as interviewing.
    I need a manageable thesis as my work life is very demanding.
    Please help!

    Any ideas??
