Charlesland Kitchen Mixer Taps

Hi Folks, I am guessing alot of the houses have the same Kitchen Mixer Taps fitted (I hope), we had what looks to be the insert spout aerator nozzle fall out of ours over the weekend. Looks something like this, Has anyone had to replace this on their taps at all and if so where did they source the part. Tks Earlsie
