When is new CC sent out before old one expires.?

    Hi, If credit card is to expire at say end of April, when is a new one sent out in advance, a month before? two weeks before old one expires? Just a query so i know when to expect renewal card.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

    Renewal cards are dispatched in the first week of the month of expiry and then take 3-5 working days to reach the address on file.

    If card is not with you by the third week of the expiration month, or if you have changed address close to the month of expiry, you can call Card Services on 0818 251 251 / 00353 5677 57747, a representative will be happy to look into it for you.
