Spot/sore in beard

    Pretty much as it says on the tittle.

    I have started to get persistent spot on my chin in my beard. I have had my beard for over two years just trimming so there shouldn't be an ingrown hair in that area as it hasn't been shaved in years.

    The 'thing' is tough, not like a small spot but a tough lump, weeps when squeezed. I don't use any oil on my face and just use baby shampoo in the shower and moisturize after.

    Any ideas?
