    Why was that ?
    Coverage didnt start until 8.
Thats mad, why didnt sky show more of Spieth ?
Because they didnt have a feed from the US.
Crazy. She should have shown it.
    They couldnt.
Why not ? Its a major and we should have been able to watch it earlier.
    Is it masters tradition ?
    Yes.
    No. Its US TV.
Crazy. Love the all day BBC coverage of the open.
    No ads too.
    But its moving to sky.
    What ???
    Yeh.
Why didnt they start the live coverage of the Masters earlier though ?

Summary for those of you who dont want to read 30 pages from earlier.

The **** is this crap? I was making a logical observation as to why people haven't gotten behind Speith

Rose missing a birdie on the 18th.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,790 ✭✭✭Bret Hart

Eagle for Rory on the 13th.

DJ has just smashed one into the trees on 18. Dammit.

Rory back to level par - fair play to him.

that crenshaw score is a disgrace.

Sorry but looking at numbers tell a harsh truth too.

Starting to get interesting behind Speith, have to say if he shoots 2 x 70's, he should do it. Hope he does, comes across as a likeable guy.

Course is much too long for him. He's calling it a day this year, and rightly so. Think he barely plays golf these days, spends most of his time on his course-design business.

absolute joke...big cheer and round of applaud. waste of space. should not be there amongst the elite.

    Relax lads

Whatever about Tiger hinting that they should speed up the greens... Spieth will gain the most from that imo. He's one of the best putters around, birdies will be harder to come by.

yes im the most nostalgic idiot going.

but you should know years before when to hang up boots.

At least Watson knows his limits and would never do that.

You got pros out there who could win this not in it.

Agree 100%. Ben is a gent of the game but with that standard of play, he's only taking up a spot in the field that could be taken by a young player, or at least someone capable of making the cut. Its right that he's finishing up this year, he's been nowhere near making the cut in years.

He's not taking up any young players spot. Read up on the history of the Masters.

far from over this, especially if the weather turns which i think its supposed to

  • Registered Users Posts: 404 ✭✭JoeCole26

Do ye think the cut will stay at -2? Hoping it does

he's a bit of a moan bag i find. cribbing and moaning to himself after perfectly fine shots. something I've noticed him do over the past year or so.

love to see rose, casey or johnson put him under pressure and make this thing interesting tomorrow.

on a side note, for some reason i find myself wanting a confident smile at an affordable price...

FFS he's 21. Anyway in my opinion he has a fantastic temperament. It's not his fault he has a mike up his ass for every shot. In interviews he comes across as a very humble and together young man.

augusta isn't that long a course, a walk to his en suite to take a piss in the middle of the night is much too long for him.

No real need for that, show a bit of respect to a man thats played 44 Masters. Go for a stroll for yourself and calm down!

  • Registered Users Posts: 167 ✭✭noserider

Could be one of the most boring masters yet

There'll be twists and turns yet I'm sure.

Youll get old too lads like crenshaw. Typical sky going to a break when crenshaw is walking up the 18th.
