How far into the Eastern Front did the German Eisenbahn (Railway) Network extend

I am curious to find what was the Eastern most point that the German Railway reached in the Second World War. Was it Stalingrad, or further?

They seized the Russian rail network in areas they conquered (which at one stage consisted on 1/3 of the whole Russian rail network). They didn't extend any further than Stalingrad, Leningrad etc

They spent a lot of time and effort changing rail gauges to suit their own railcars, as the German gauge and the Russian gauge did not match. They spent an equal amount of effort destroying it when they left.
