Anyone have any idea how much bluecross would charge for angular limb deformity surgery for a dog?
    Thanks.

What's the deformity and how severe is it - depending on what it is a "normal" vet wouldn't be carrying out the surgery and would refer you to an ortho specialist? My boy had valgus deviation at his hocks and had both of his back legs straightened in Cork (we're from Dublin) - it was €1700 for one leg and €1600 for the other (covered by insurance thank god!)

Hi her front leg joint is growing crooked like bowed the vet I visited said it may have happened when she was young she could have been dropped unfortunately I only got her recently and did not get insurance yet, I need to get it fixed because it breaks my heart to see this happen as shes just such a good dog I need to get the bone straightened or a bit cut off the ulna I think any idea how much the bluecross would charge?(its not serious yet because she goes for two walks a day and I let hef off the lead and she runs around I dint like her walking on it but she will sit at the front door and cry till i bring her out) thanks.

I don't know if the blue cross do non-standard stuff like that - somebody else might be have an idea if they do. Did you own vet give you a quote or suggest a referral?
