    Can anyone please tell me whether the BOI account charges are in place due to law or financial regulations? Or have they just made up the charges and rules?

    Also, if anyone has any advice about a better bank to go with I'd be very grateful, one with no or fewer charges? BOI are getting criminal, and are also useless at any 'service' they charge.

    We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with the changes Bank of Ireland are introducing from 23rd February 2015 regarding the new clearer pricing structure.
