365 app down?

    Hi just wondering is there issues with the 365 mobile app at the minute? Cant log in as it says "we are unable to process your request at the moment please try again later"

    We are aware that our mobile app continues to be off air. We apologise for this and continue to work on it. Please remember that the full 365 Online site is working, as is our tablet app.

    Is it possible to use the pay to mobile by any other means? Im trying to sent money to my gf as shes stuck in the city centre with no bus fare to get home

    The 'Pay to Mobile' service is available to all 365Online customers who have downloaded our Mobile Banking app to their smartphones. This service is exclusive to our Mobile App device and both parties must have already registered their mobile numbers and account details for Pay to Mobile on 365Online.

    Should you wish to register for this service for the future, you can find all the information you will need here.

    While the mobile app was temporarily unavailable on Friday last week, I can confirm that it is currently operating normally.
     
    Can you let me know if you are using the mobile or tablet app and what difficulties you are encountering?
