    Hi i have a six year old who lives with me full time i am on social welfare of 188 a week recently i found out i have a two year that i have never seen the mother is looking for maintence and taking me to court how much maintenrnce do you think she would be awarded

    no i only found this out 2 days ago i got a court order in the door

    You need to talk to a solicitor.
    Also if your child is living with you full time,you might be entitled to more from social welfare .
