    No, not there.

I feel like it must be around Vancouver Island somewhere, can't locate the view, probably looking north at sunset rather than south at sunrise as there's a bystander in the picture. No mountains that large in eastern Canada.

I was thinking along the same lines, they only thing throwing me is all those international flags, then again they could mean nothing.

That's very common to see international flags around tourist attractions and restaurants in BC and anywhere in western NA, it usually means they speaka da language (kaching).

Didn't remind me of Vancouver island but i bow to your greater knowledge of the area.

It looks way to poor for somewhere like Norway and Stavanger is way more pretty and prosperous.

It does make me think of somewhere like Chile.

It is Calles de Puerto Williams looking across to the tower in Aermodromo Guardiamarina Zanartu, Puerto Williams.

    Funkfield was right.
I knew it looked like Chile or Argentina down south.

Just a matter of connecting the dots: lighthouse, stadium (by the sea) and going through the image searches and keyword combos. Came up quick enough unlike the previous where I was up and down the Straits of Magellan like a spanish lady's drawers, to no avail.

    Should be a quickie.
