Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,
I made this account because I can't find any information anywhere regarding mechanical errors with Noraunt poker machines.

I work in a gaming arcade and our main noraunt machine, which is hooked up to a bonus accumulator is down due to a " Note mech error".

The bonus no longer reads out as "500.00" it now looks like "=====".

Now, I have ruled out problems with the note acceptor as I have swapped it with one of the other acceptors from one of the other noraunts that I know works. However, the machine still won't accept notes.

I need a reply as soon as possible as the bonus is currently up to the maximum and people will be in this evening to play for it.

Have a look on google for "note mech error" and you will get better results. No expertise in the area though so i'm not much good to you.
