Swim for a mile Carlow?

    Hey, does anyone know if there is anywhere around Carlow doing swim for a mile 2015 sessions? There isn't anything in the Graigue pool.

    You could try the Talbot, they're doing operation transformation stuff there so you never know

    Don't think so. I did the program last year and went up to the Aquatic Centre for some of the training days.
