I am moving in to Fairhaven in the coming two weeks - Downsizing from a 1600 sq foot property off Pecks Lane. Yes the front room is very disappointing but I am considering adding an extention directly behind and moving the front room wall back and squaring off the kitchen thereby giving a larger front rrom space. Rest of house is fine - upstairs bedrooms are sizeable and moving from a BER rating E house to an A house is good.
