    Hello,

    I have a VISA debit card with Bank of Ireland

    Is is possible to change the ATM withdrawal limit for this card

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards. 

    Yes you can change the ATM limit for your Visa Debit card when using the card within the Republic of Ireland. To change this limit, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to update this for you. Our representatives are available 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends. 

    Please note that it is not possible to increase the ATM limit when you are abroad, as these are set at certain limits for security.

    Hi TOMP,

    Thanks for your reply. 

    The limit can depend on your account type. When you call the number above, a representative can check this for you and will be able to advise what the limit will be. They can then amend this for you if possible.
