Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone could suggest organisations in Waterford city, Kilkenny or Carlow towns or anywhere in Wexford where I could apply for volunteering in the area of social care? I already volunteer for St Vincent de Paul and applied last year to the Simon Community but didn't hear back from them after they acknowledged my application. I need to build up experience for a social work application so the volunteering needs to be done with service users rather than admin/fundraising etc.

I think the ISPCC has an office in Waterford so you could try to do the training to be a Childline volunteer.
