    Yes you can certainly lodge a complaint with us in writing and posting it to the address below:

    Customer Service

    Tallaght
    Dublin 24.

    Alternatively you can contact your branch or call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to help you. Please find more information on our Complaints process here. I'm unsure if you have another query as it has been cut off in the title.
