If you expect to start a business from where you are at (as posted), save your time and earn some money flipping burgers or other usual student revenue streams. A rather delusional post I fear!

There's a big difference between someone looking for business advice and someone asking to have their bottom cleaned.

So you want to know where can you get free office space, cheap graphic design work done, "ways to advertising" - what does that mean? and funding? Funding for what? Your morning mochas and lunchtime burritos?

Your request may as well say "Should I use a black pen or a blue biro when writing my name?".

Witn zero obvious research done of your own, there's not much hope for your publication business.

    Good luck.

Let me apologise for the other posters, who refused to answer your questions.

    1. Good advertising ways.
I suggest you complete school and pay attention to grammar, especially if advertising a publication business. Education is important.
    2. Get graphic design done cheap
Round up a few 5 year olds, feed them cheap candy and sugary drinks. Tell them to draw good stuff. There is value in the right price.
    3. Free Office place in dublin.
Most buildings with offices have toilets. The disabled ones are the largest and might be free. Comes with free paper too. Other functional spaces may cost money.
    4. How to get funding
Sit outside the office building in Dublin, with your free space and hold out a cup to collect free money. Some might invest in a better idea.

Do some research. Refine your questions and come back for serious answers. If this has put you off, then you're not ready.

In fairness, considering the way you worded your post you were bound to get a bit of abuse.

There's nothing wrong with being young and enthusiastic, and a bit naive. But if you are going to be in the "publication" business you will need to sharpen your communication skills.

Now to start with why don't you tell us what you already have instead of what you want.

Are you college students? Maybe your college could have some empty office spaces in the building. You could take it over very easily.
