Has anyone had any dealings with a company called sentinel, in regards to direct debit collection. They have been contacting me about a new product of theirs aimed at small clubs for collecting fees. the costs seem good, but i have no knowledge of this company, and google just brings up their website. any advice would be…

I use their software to collect direct debit for my business, its not the prettiest package out there but for functionality it works exactly as expected. I've only had to contact their support team once or twice in the last year
