    Hi there,
    I have meter readings for an apartment I have just purchased but the seller did not forward the MPRN? Will this be an issue or will the address suffice for transfer?

    Hi Reality tv,

    Thanks for your post.

    It can be difficult to find a property without the MPRN, so we would suggest that you take the RM serial number off your meter instead. If you look at your meter, you will see the letters RM followed by three digits. There will also be a serial number which will either be a long number or just contain four digits. Here is a link to help with reading your meter.
