I know once you have it opened you have 60 days to have all your documents uploaded. So opening it now will cost you a few days before the IEC 2015 round opens. But in the meantime you will know exactly what documents you need and have all the forms downloaded and filled out.

Assuming you have your Garda clearance et all prepared in advance, when Kompass finally opens and you get the conditional acceptance letter, you’ll also have your MyCIC application done almost immediately after.
