Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can't see Sunderland even getting a draw out of this. United will get 2 goals around the mid point of the second half and finish them off.

Why are you disappointed with him and not , say, Falcao or Di Maria. Rooneys been on the ball a few time snad played a couple good passes. But No one is giving him or Falcao the ball where it counts. Mind you Young more or less did but Falcao gambled on the cutback (Stupid imo)

EDIT: Just saw who I was replying to. Nvm

What's the edit in relation too?

Might be the end for Di Maria, he's just not suited for the premier league.

Jan atacking full back on one side young attacking the other. I approve this "philosophy"

As bad as Di Maria has been I don't see how bringing on someone who normally does the exact same thing as he has been doing will help.

Di Maria has the second most assists in the league in his first season. What do people want?

If there was a worst tattoo prize surely Rojo would be in the running for that daft one behind his ear?

Yep, Di Maria, Falcao, Kagawa, Mata, Nani etc. just not suited to the Premier League. And yet when you put the same players in their national teams against the same players they are suddenly good enough. Just like they have been in multiple leagues in the past. Must be the Premier League though...

PvA should be a left winger, not a lb

Almost time to bring on floppy head and go back to hoof ball. It's the only way I see us scoring.

Someone who can cross a ball and make simple passes. He's been shocking for a long time and deserves this bencing and then some.

Gas that the ref managed to give the foul for cattermole there, despite being faced the other way.

LVG just waiting to bring Fellaini on and start launching long balls...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

He should be given his size, but Pantilimon is excellent at collecting those floating corners.

The execution of the point was terrible, but it does seem that ye look far more threatening with Fellaini than without him. I'd expect the change in style to come fairly soon as what ye are doing now is not working.

Iv made a point of watching him . He is making loads of runs and not getting service and is resorti g to dropping in to get involved . If anything hes trying too hard. Pundits on setanta also noted it.

I was only on about the spelling :pac:

Fellaini is one of our best players this season.

I welcome him with open arms

    Wilson for Rooney... come on

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,500 ✭✭✭Your Airbag

Ok LVG, time to admit your latest gameplan isn't working yet again.

Lets not wait until the 75th minute to stick on Fellaini and start aiming for his chest, just do it now. It gives us more time to get a winner instead of creating nothing as we have been so far all match.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,345 ✭✭✭keeponhurling

Might be time for Fellaini soon.
Janazuj's introduction hasn't had much impact (shock !) , still much the same as first half.

What is Falcao's role even supposed to be?
Is he supposed to be playing as an extra midfielder, or supposed to be getting in the box to be on the end of things?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

    Hoofball time

Passing to your strikers in the opposition half is overrated.
