HTC Desire 510 broken screen

my brother dropped his phone and it is cracked at the bottom corner. most of the screen doesnt respond to touch. about 85% doesnt. there doesnt seem to be any LCD damage as it is displaying perfectly. so how much would a shop in town charge to replace a screen digitizer for a HTC desire 510? any reccomendations on whom to…
