Don't want any more paper bills

    Hello,

    I would prefer not to receive any more credit card paper bills. Online viewing is fine. Years ago I was told paper bills are mandatory. Is this still the case? Thanks

    Hi gebbel,

    Thanks for your post.

    You can register your credit card for eStatements on Bank of Ireland 365 Online. When you're registered for eStatements on the card, this prevents paper statements from been sent out.

    To register your credit card for eStatements, please log on to Bank of Ireland 365 Online and select 'Switch to eStatements'. This option is located just underneath the Online Service Desk.
