Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

By any chance do you have motion detection turned on?

It was on (I've turned it off now because I figure you're going to tell me to switch it off).

Wonda I've formatted the card too.

Ive gotten cards recently (next day delivery) from www.MemoryC.ie .. they are in Kildare. Competitive pricing as well.

Not great r/w speeds for Micro-sd cards, as far as I can see

Any better with it off Mak?
Having it on would give you all different lengths of recordings.

I got a decent card on e-bay but there are a lot of fakes.
I'll try and find the seller I got mine off.

Hi Mak What Go Pro did you get?

Is it an actual go pro ? if so which model.

I posted a few days ago and SD card choice is fundamental to its operation. I wasnt being technical for the sake of being technical.

They will act the bollix if the right card is not used and no 32GB card size doesnt make a difference its all about the Read Write and Brand.

Brand, well its a Chinese fake piece of crap by all accounts.. I'll try it with a new card tomorrow, I've turned off the motion sensor too. I was hoping to use it for Judo training tonight but I won't bother until I have it sorted.

    Thanks for your patience guys.

I got one of these http://www.ebay.ie/itm/32GB-MICRO-SD-Class-10-Micro-SDHC-for-mobiles-tablet-pc-mp3-4-with-Adapter-/121659744555? for my Aldi Cam.

Ordered sunday, delivered on wednesday (monday was the bank holiday), morning, tested yesterday. Holds over 3 hours of recording at the cameras' top setting. Perfect!!

Well I got an class 10 SD card today.. Its not recording in segments like it was (it only done it once) but the recordings are very jumpy so I'm wondering if I should lower the resolution and hope for an improvement?.

Failing that I'm about to throw my hat at the f*cking thing.

This is my best effort yet

I've no idea when they won't embed

Click the little youtube icon before you paste in the link.

It adds [.YOUTUBE][./YOUTUBE], your link goes inbetween them to embed (remove the full stops)

I know HOW to embed but the coding isn't working with these uploads.

Where did you film that? Just curious - seems like a nice spot.

Father Collins park, Dublin 13. I'm still playing around with the camera.

Due to being away with work for a week and a severe bout of gastroenteritis (try spending a full week on the loo :( ) I haven't been out cycling in almost three weeks so taking it easy with the hybrid first.

Gonna try filming on the grounds of Malahide Castle this afternoon.

And guys, thanks for the patience in helping me sort this out.
