Which Bike???

I'm going shopping for a bike tomorrow which I will use to cycle to and from work from time to time. The distance is 20km each way and the roads are back roads mainly and a couple of kms through Dublins inner city.

Any recommendations on which bike to buy?

I'll be buying through cycle to work.

    Cheers all.

    :)

    Halfords>cBoardman.

It will make the decision easier and remove a lot of hassle.

Then rethink the situation in a year :)

If it's a rethink in a year then it might be better to hold off on the use of bike to work since it can only be used once every five years

Find out who you can actually use through your employer.
No point looking into one bike, then finding out your company doesnt deal with their scheme.
Look around some great bargains around i had heart set on merida ride 90 then i seen a better specced one for €50 extra in a completely different shop that was reduced from €1200
