I got God of War 3, currently downloading. Looking forward to it. Loved 1 and 2, really enjoyed the PSP games, but since I more or less skipped most of the PS3's lifecycle, I never got to play 3.

Think my PS4 is coming down with the auto eject problem. Came home from work and the PS4 had turned itself on and was trying to eject my bloodbourne disc despite the fact that it was already ejected. Nothing near the PS4 either and it's on its side away from everything else so there was nothing in the way to activate it.

Transistor is an amazing game for anyone who didnt get it with ps+. The gameplay and story is very unique and the soundtrack is fantastic. Well worth €4.75. Same creators as Bastion which I havent had a chance to play yet.

The first act is brilliant, genuinely intelligent, fascinating and surprising. Beautifully made and a real evolution of the old point and click style. Perfectly paced and full of strong art design and voice acting, not to mention unusually mature themes and subtexts.

For whatever reason, though, act two is perilously close to a disaster. Infuriating and clunky puzzles, repetition and most damningly fails to advance or follow up on the ideas planted in the first act. Even some of its basic mechanics make no sense within the context of the narrative. Huge disappointment.

Act one is undoubtedly worth playing through, but such a shame everything falls apart.

I really wish they brought back this feature from the ps3 to the ps4. The one where you could pick a time to start backing up/downloading as I liked to set it to start around 2am. It's annoying leaving your ps4 in rest mode download in the evening and its hogging the bandwidth.

Or is that feature here somewhere?

It's in the auto download settings for PS Plus AFAIK....

Think mine is set to start around 5am....

It's not for the PS4, only on PS3 you can select the time. For the PS4 it always has to be in rest mode waiting for the push notification.

Any word on pricing for this? I have all 3 for PS3 but would be tempted if it wasn't too expensive.

As an aside, currently playing through Tomb Raider on PS4 and loving it. Style very much influenced by the Uncharted series which is no bad thing!

It's €59.99 on the PS Store so similar to what The Last of Us Remastered was when released first.

My Xbox makes no noise in rest mode. Do you have it plugged directly into the sockets or into a double adaptor ?

It's in a multi adaptor along with a PS4, PS3 and Wii U.

That's your problem. I used to use one and the Xbox power adaptor used to buzz but since plugging it directly into the wall theres no more buzzing.

I'll give it a go. It's not really buzzing, it's the hum of a low speed fan constantly going that gets to me.

Yea buzzing was a bad choice of words. If I get anything else I'll have to start using a multi adaptor again though.

Still sore about that. PS3 TLoU owners should have got a discount. They just ported, bumped up the res and fps and improved shadows afaik. Not worth another 60.
