I think your right , it seems to be just before the Height guard for construction vehicles. Though one, if he hadnt erased the rersevoir tower in Castletroy it would have been a small bit easier

Had to remove the water tower. Kind of a giveaway.

My wife pointed at the tower and said "dope" whilst she reeled in the fact I missed it.

Easy. Notice all the guys in the picture. Gay Pride Parade of 1919. Limerick was the San Francisco of Ireland back then. It was less colourful in those days but when colour photography became commonplace in the 1960s, it grew into the great and colourful spectacle it is today.
