Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The playing surface is absolutely terrible.

Hopefully they can address it in the off-season.

I think I read last week they was looking at some grass from Germany, I'm sure someone can correct me. Must have great grass over there

Poor from Lovern there, just hoof it up the field.... really noticed in the first half how bad the pitch is around the 6 yard box.. no more needless passes back to Mig please

Lallana looks better and better every week. Lovely footwork all the time and he just creates space so well.

I love when we're winning and playing well. Its way better than losing and playing sh*t. Or even winning and playing sh*t. *cough*LVG*Cough*

Sterling looking like a poor man's Ibe for most of the match..

Love watching this team play, so many of them are perfectly comfortable with the ball at their feet

I'll never understand the need for defensive changes like this

it's a pity he's out wide.. so much better in a central position...although i think he will skin that full back a few more times... looks tired!

There's a job going as Grounds Keeper at the club if there are any budding green fingers out there!

Well I suppose it will give Can a chance to get forward a bit.... we seem to be getting a bit of joy down the right, so Rodgers looking to exploit that a bit more and get Sterling to cut inside from the left

Making hard work of this game. If we let one in it'll be a very nervy finish.

Looks like everyone in the top 7 is winning this set of fixtures anyhow, so no change. Fecking utd back to their late goal ways.

    Jammy effers visiting the toon.

Anyway, we did what we had to.

For those who haven't seen the Utd goal, do yourselves a favour, don't watch it.

Ah we've been mega comfortable. Nothing too worrying from Burnley. Not as dynamic once we went 2-0 up but thats ok. We've played a LOT of football recently.

    2-0.

The most dangerous score in football.

Never comfortable unless we have 3, and since Crystal Palace last year, ideally 4.

We have been comfortable but I still have a nervy feeling (I usually do watching us, to be fair). We've won very few games comfortably this season which is reflected in our goal difference too unfortunately.
