    Diggers digging, pile drivers piling and in the meantime website for new development at former Canada House offices, a corner site at 65-68 St. Stephen's Green appears along with nice on-site features which I spotted today:

    Yeah , that's his gaff. He demolished old office building to build new one, good example how fussy we got during Celtic Phoenix recovery now.
