    Seagate Barracuda 1tb
    €52

    Windows 7
    €20

    ASUS GTX 750Ti
    €144

A €50 Keyboard a mouse combo from Amazon (You want the UK Layout)

    €12 Wireless Card

A second hand €150 TV from adverts might suit you better, good monitors are expensive.

    That's added onto Sterlings parts.

A decent pair of headphones might be better for gaming in the house, cheaper too.

An i3 CPU migt knock off about 50 quid, letting you get a better GPU or add speakers

A parent or neighbour might let you use their Paypal on Hardwareversand if you pay them in cash beforehand

Digital solitude I have plenty of money so I think I'll buy the monitor since I'm more comfortable with it. Do you have any ideas on which one I should buy?

Also the games that I listed, will they run at 60 fps with either one of these build?

Sterling will give a better answer than I can if he returns to the thread. The 750Ti should be fine for gaming, don't expect Ultra graphics at 1080P with brand new games on it though. *Edit* When I say fine, I mean Mid-High graphics at 60FPS

He gave some parts for a PC, and I finished off what he recommended. All the parts listed are of one build.

The R9 280X is about €140 more expensive than the 750Ti, but its a very good card, I haven't been able to stress it using one screen yet, so your call if its worth it now, you can always sell on your 750Ti and upgrade if you want.

A GTX 960 would be a solid step up either, its about €240 I think, slightly slower than the R9 280X. If you won't stretch the budget, then pick the 750Ti for now and you should be coming close to it

I think I'll stay with the 750 ti for now and will maybe upgrade in the future. Will see if sterling returns to the thread and see his answer.

He's the expert now, I'll price and link the build for you now anyways

    GTX 750 Ti 144

    Seagate Barracuda 1Tb 52

    Crucial 8gb Ram 60

    Antec One 43

    Thermaltake 630W 47

    AsRock Motherboard 41

    i5 4460 177

    Wifi Adapter 13

    Disk Drive (Optional) 12

    BenQ Monitor 119

    Windows 7 20

Total if using Paypal is €760, the rest to spend on Keyboard, Mouse and speakers/headphones. If you can use a bank transfer, subtract €20

Your fps will be dependent on more than just your hardware. I could say now that you can run BF4 on that rig at 60fps and that would be true. But it would be dependent on you lowering the in game video settings to medium-high and reducing things like anti-aliasing to get 60fps.

Will the above PC run BF4 at 60fps at Ultra settings in the game? The answer would be no it wont.
But with a bit of compromise on certain eye candy you can get it up to 60fps. So it really depends on what you want from the PC.

EDIT: An R9 280 would be a step up graphics wise and theres a decent sapphire model on amazon(saw in bargain alerts thread) at the moment for €183 delivered. So if you were willing to stretch the budget a little it would be a good choice imo.

    So total 793,

    Windows 20

Keyboard and mouse pc world 20

    So say total 850.

You can do several things. Get a 21 inch monitor For around 100. Total 830

Do as Eoin suggested go with the r9 280 Saving nearly 40 euro total 810.

Or do eion r9 280, 21 inch monitor total 790.

All of these scenarios depends on windows from reddit and you being able to pay via bank draft. Let us know if this is possible so can work on final build.
