Rename Users on HKC App

    We just had the HKC SecureComm system installed into our house but at the moment every family member's phone shows up as 'User 1', is it possible to rename each phone so it says "John Remote" etc; to keep better track of who disarmed the alarm?

    You need to set up the users on the control panel.
    User 1 code 1111
    User 2 code 2222
    And so on. This will then show as different users.
