    185/6

4/4 for India, so they have qualified.

Good workout for India today and glad MSD made some runs abroad when it mattered

They need to improve their catching though!!!!

It's all boiling down nicely to a three way shootout for 3rd and 4th place.....

Reckon WI will beat UAE well enough to ensure their NRR remains higher than Ire and Pak

3 teams on 4 points probably fighting for the last 2 places (India are already through and surely will be joined by SA):

Pakistan NRR -0.385 - to play SA and Ireland
WI NRR -0.511 - to play UAE
Ireland NRR -1.137 - to play India, Zimbabwe and Pakistan

Assuming WI beat UAE they move to 6 points. If Ireland beat Zimbabwe they will then probably still need to beat Pakistan unless they make some big inroads into NRR against Zimbabwe (or indeed cause another upset against India)

One potential scenario would be for SA to hammer Pakistan and Ireland to do the same against Zimbabwe - I reckon a "swing" of about 60 runs in each match will even up the NRR going into the head to head (assuming not too heavy a defeat to India). More than that and Ireland could even afford a narrow defeat if they don't lose heavily to India

Very good result for WI today, with the Run Rate

I dont think Ireland have a chance of running India as close. Our bowling is not good enough.

It's a one-off. India have already qualified and may take their eye off the ball. Anything is possible ....

    Here's hoping for rain.

Beat zimbabwe and rain against India. What a result that would be! ;)

    -edit

As luck would have it. Tuesday is the only day where Rain is not forecast for Hamilton, New Zealand! ;)
