Why nervous? You should be just excited I like bowling. Well, certainly the times I've played it (badly). It's something I'd love to do more of, and hopefully improve on it. It's a great day/evening/night out

lost my confidence a little bit since the break up, tend to be a bit anxious generally hopefully it'll settle down when I get into it

Yeah we all have negative thoughts, doesn't mean we have to be controlled by them! Wish I was going bowling. Although I'm doing wine, whiskey and boardgames so this will be good too!

I had a fry up for breakfast in work this morning. The young lady working there said "I'll pray for your soul." in the most serious yet joking (presumably) way possible

I skipped dinner. The boss got us Subway at lunch so I definitely couldn't stomach a dinner on top of it. Was gorgeous though!
